A. The development of a close
personal and official relationship between the Executive
Officers of the various law enforcement departments of Chester
County;

B. The developing and
implementing of a network of well-organized, highly-trained and
properly equipped Police Departments;
|
C. The elevation of police
standards by promoting Police Education;
|
D. To devise ways and means for
the advancement of Police Science;
|
E. The adoption of sensible and
humane methods of law enforcement and crime prevention;
|
F. The establishment of a Police
Education and Assistance Fund; and,
|
G. The establishment of a Police
Legal Aid Fund.
